How Macys can screw up a 50 year old birthday gift

I’ve ordered this necklace twice in the letter M and both times received a letter K. I spoke with a person who said they were a supervisor for online and she said she would take care of this and promised to make it right as it was suppose to be a gift for a 50 year old birthday. She also told me she would send me her email address so we could follow up. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE! I’ve held a Macys card for many years. I’ve had this card since it was Bullocks. No more I’m done.
