Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Called customer service for an update and was on hold for 39 minutes and after that the call was disconnected. They never followed up.

Never receive package

Worst experience. I never receive my package and they didn't resolve the issue. I called ups to report the change of address in last minute to not my address then talked with macys and then emails with vendor and never a solution and didn't get the refund because they said I receive the package and is ot true It was my weeding day so I had to go a physical macys to buy another dress. Never imagen that this will happen with macys. Horrible experience.

Love the dress!

Love the dress! 6’2 207lbs and the dress fit me! I lost about 80lbs I was so excited to get into this dress for my all white party in Jamaica. I wish it was a little cheaper but nothing is now days. Go for the dress it’s beautiful!
