Late arriving to store

My daughter has a big day today, this dress was supposed to come yesterday. She needed a red dress now her big day is ruined and I have to scramble around last minute to find her something to wear! Never again!

Terrible Macy’s Service

The dress arrived over a week late and the customer service reps at Macy’s ranged from dishonest, unhelpful to rude. Most frustrating experience of my life. Macy’s should fire everyone in this customer service department:
