Dishonesty seller

I have received the letter from seller about non refundable staff. I tried on a skirt once, and it looked terrible on me. I carefully folded it back into the bag. The item has the original tags and the original packaging. I have no idea where the white spots, visible only to seller on returned item, came from, as a reason for not accepting the item back and not issuing a refund. I returned the skirt in resaleable condition. I'm not responsible for the shipping conditions. I'll keep in mind that I shouldn't buy anything from your company!!! I have never met sane issues with Macy’s sellers.
