Never ordering from macy’s

I ordered a valentines day gift for my boyfriend paid extra for gift box and asked for a note to be sent with the package. The gift box was absolute garbage and THERE WAS NO NOTE IN THE BOX. I don’t know how a company can be so unreliable. I didn’t ask for the moon I asked for a gift box and a note for valentines and you ruined it. Terrible terrible service

These shirts are much longer than the ones I’ve ordered in the past. I don’t know if this is a new style but my son does not like the length nor do I.
