Very poor

Ordered four items from the Black Friday sale at end of November. These were to gifts. Today is December 17 & still no news of delivery. Can’t make a purchase recommendation, as the products have never been delivered!

Unacceptable

I ordered three boxes of Godiva chocolates as Christmas gifts. I received an email stating that the order may not arrive, but that I can not cancel the order. Macys should not advertise an item as available if they cannot guarantee shipping.
