It’s ok- dries fast but could use improvements

It’s ok- dries the hair super fast but it’s sort of chaotic when it’s on high speed. The brush aspect is neat but it doesn’t style well. It does make my hair very smooth, it would’ve been a better concept if it had the attachment to direct the airflow to use w/ a round brush.

Horrible Service

I ordered this item on Nov. 30 for Christmas and as of today 1/7/26, have not received the item. Horrible service. If Macy's can't deliver why bother using this vendor. I am not even reviewing the item because it hasn't been recieved, I'm reviewing Macy's delivery and customer service. I'd give them 0 stars.

I am so happy with this product.

If you don’t have one of these, please get yourself one. I was a little hesitant about buying it because it was going to be a gift but I couldn’t be more wrong. I bought it for my mom and I ended up using it and it is the best hair curling method ever. Easy and fabulous hair for two straight days. The price is fair and now on cyber Monday of 2025 is even cheaper.
