Totally Dissatisfied

I purchased this MK bag as a Christmas present to myself. I just discovered it only had a 30 days return policy. The shoulder strap doesn’t stay connected it will literally fall off your shoulder onto the floor which is very embarrassing it just started right after the return policy was over. I will never buy anything MK again obviously the quality isn’t there you’re paying for the name only.

Not what I ordered
