Bad service

Shoes had been worn and used

The shoe were return after being worn. I did not realize it until I put them on which I believe was too late to return.

Shoes falling apart

I purchased these in December 2025 and have hardly worn them. After 4 months the stitching on the top side of one of the shoes has torn apart from the shoe. I was happy with the shoes, and they were very comfortable but now have no recourse to return them since that it's outside of the return period.

Sent wrong size

I wanted this boots for the longest time, I order size 8.5 they sent me size 7. I can’t return because it’s a final sale. I’m very disappointed.

Great boot save for the scuffing

Love this boot. Very comfortable for lengthy wear. The only issue I have is the scuffing of the outer material of the boot. First time out wearing the boot walked over some snow and the outer layer peeled off, revealing a pink layer.
