Smudging

I want to love the Better Than Sex mascara; it does add nice volume and fullness but it smudges like crazy throughout the day. I'll stick to tubing mascara.

THIS ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED IN MY SHIPMENT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPORTED THE ITEM MISSING . I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A REPLACEMENT BUT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM MACY'S

Have you changed the formula?

I have been a loyal user of this product for three years and recommend it to all my friends. I am based in Australia. However, the new tube I received seems to take forever to dry - up to half an hour where if I blink I am left with embarrassing blotches of black under my eyes and on my cheeks. This has never been the case before. I wonder if you have changed the formula? Thank you, Helen

Lash volume

Lashes look full! A little clumpy but it’s still ok.

Dry, clumpy, flaky…

Very disappointed in this product. It arrived seemingly dry and clumpy on the wand, which resulted in clumpy lashes. The mascara has an odor that is bothersome to me (I'm sensitive to smells), and it ended up flaking off as the day went on. I wouldn't recommend this product.
