Love it but defective

Received my bag faster than expected which was nice. I've worn it everyday and its perfect size. Only problem is that on one side, the chain is bunched together like it was stitched too short and put together anyway. It is defective but I kept it because I didnt want to have to return it and wait for a new one hoping it wouldn't be defective. I figured they dropped the price just to get rid of the defective bags.
