sharp and get the job done effortlessly!

I really like this 4inch paring knife! It’s sharp and perfect for quick slicing and dicing grape tomatoes, chili peppers, kiwis, etc, and not have to bring out the bigger chef knife, etc. Radiy to clean/wash. I use it almost daily. A great choice!
