Stretched out and wrinkled

I ordered multiple MK Mouline sweaters and they are all stretched out and completely wrinkled. Two of the sweaters have noticeable pulls and just look terrible. Guess you get what you paid for! These will either be sent back or thrown out. Waste of money.

Not true size. Baggie cuffs.

It's not a true 3xl...more like a 2xl. Also, the banded cuffs are too big. These do not hug the wrists.

Poor Software Integration

I find it amazing that I can go to pick up an online order at the store. Walk in with my Macy's card and ID. Be asked by the customer service rep at the store for my order number which is on my phone out in my car and have the instore software not capable of pulling up the order. Have to go to the car to get my phone to look it up. Really!!
