Still No Product Received!

Today is Christmas. Macy's showing item delivered Dec 19. It wasn't! OnTrac shows it as lost!! No one is getting back with me! I even reached out to Primitives by Kathy in addition to Macy's (bot). The item is showing "Sorry, this item is currently unavailable." I just want my money back from somebody!

Primitives by Kathy Christmas Movies Pajama Pants

I love these towels. The designs are so cute, funny, and great extra gifts for friends and family, especially those who have dogs. It's fun to display in your own kitchen. I do wish the towels were a bit thicker.
