Never received the delivery

Rather unfortunate didn't receive the item. I have asked my apartment building to run the CCTV footage to see if delivery even made. USPS lied.

Stylish & convenience

I love the look of this black purse with silver hardware. As a mother of four, it’s perfect for on the go. It has enough pockets so I stay organized and I still look put together. It has enough space do I can carry all the necessary things but I’m not carrying a suitcase! The purse is durable enough to handle my four kids and still look great!

Highly disappointed

Never received my order they said it was delivered but nothing was there then when I reached out to customer care they had no empathy gonna say that they will ship the item again I advised I paid for DoorDash delivery the same day I asked will it be arriving today the agent advised wait 24-48 for an email that will advised Macy’s you dropped the ball with this one highly upset customer

Madly in love with this bag!

I have been needing a nice, versatile black bag for a while now and this one is just perfect what with winter season upon us. The glossy, embossed finish looks posh, and it's sturdy and durable enough to stand up to everyday wear. It's generously roomy and holds all of my things without feeling like it's packed solid -- I can reach in and easily see and find what I need. I got the black finish and love it so much I'm considering getting it in the satin mink finish as well. Highly recommend this gorgeous bag!
