Not really an off the shoulder top

The color is nice however, the sleeves are very long and I have to make sure I push the sleeves up when I wash my hands or they will get wet. There is a thin ribbon that is attsched to the top of the sweater. Not sure what its purpose is but it can be seen when you put the sweater on. This too is featured as an off the shoulder top, but when you pull it off your shoulder it goes not stay off the shoulder do I wear it as regular top.
