Bracelet was a disappointment upon arrival!

The bracelet arrived at my home damaged and in three broken pieces. It was unfixable and certainly not worth a second attempt at ordering another! I have generally had very positive results with my frequent ordering from Macy's online! This order was an unfortunate exception! My overall rating would be 1 star.
