Perfect pan for my Greek recipes!

I wanted a thick pan where I could make some Greek recipes such as pastitsio and this definitely delivered! I know it says "cake pan" so I'll definitely try it for a cake but for now it's been coming in use. It cooks evenly which is wonderful.

50 Shades of Gray

This pan will do the work, if you do not mind the discoloration over time. The metal turned several tones of gray. The pan is still functional, but the color is funky.

Don't order more than 1 !

I ordered 2 pans and they came in stacked together to the point that my husband and I could find no way to unseparate them. They should have had some type of separator divider. The only solution is to return them. I like the pan but I guess I have to order one at a time !

A keeper!

this is a new version of my baking pans giving to me in the 1980's! The best, love this! Bakes better than anything else i've ever used! And American Made! Highly recommend both the 8" and 9"
