Lovely Shoe disappointed both zippers didnt work

Lovely stylish shoe; zippers didn't work so unfortunately had to return. This shoe runs small. I usually take a 9M however needed to try a 10M

Disappointing Color!

I ordered red burgundy and the photo online was a nice red. The actual shoes looked brown and had not red highlights at all. These were returned to Macy*s.

Plastic Shoes

Shoes r cheap plastic looking. Incompetent guy at pick up said that was Last Act and wouldn’t give refund but never said last act on order page!!

Ordered my normal size 7.5 and the shoe is very narrow. I like the shoe, I will reorder size 8.

returned them

Tried unzipping the zippers but neither one budged, so couldn't even try these on. Returned them, and the salesperson who helped me couldn't get the zipper to work either.
