Scammed by Macy’s

I got scammed by Macy’s! I placed this order and they sent me a shipping confirmation for the ornament, it remains “in transit” despite it having an arrival time of yesterday— its been two week I still have not received it. I used their chat bot to try to see where it was and it only gave me the option of reshipping or getting credit back. With the caveat that if it’s sold out they will not reship— guess what. It’s sold out! Ordering it directly from Lenox but it will not make it on time for christmas. So disappointed.

Beautiful dated ornament for newlyweds

I wanted to find ornaments for my newlywed son and daughter-in-law. This one does not disappoint. It is absolutely gorgeous and substantial. It is very well-made and I know they’re gonna love hanging it on the tree every year as a reminder of their love for each other. I consider it an heirloom.
