Arrived Broken

My Lennox Christmas Grinch stackable cups arrived broken. Why were they not packaged better. Just a box. No bubble wrap! Why can’t I get my broken cup replaced? This is ridiculous. I purchased these for my Grandson. He uses his grinch apparel and dishes all year long. Shame on Macys for listing the item final sale non refundable. So basically they didn’t care what shape the product was in upon shipment! I will be sure to never buy final sale from Macys. Crooked!

Grinch coffee mugs

Upon receiving my package, their were 2 out of the 4 mugs that were damaged. I was really looking forward to having the complete set, but I had to return them and hoping to get them replaced. But they didn't have any in stock. One mug had a chip in the handle and the other mug had a broken handle. I was not happy.
