Almost right but arrived shattered

The mugs would have been perfect for my husband and me, but they were not packed with adequate protection and arrived shattered, as another reviewer has noted. Giving 4 stars because Lenox obviously packed these for in-person retail sales. Ideally, these would have been packed in a separate box with packing peanuts to account for shifting and bouncing. There is a learning opportunity for the Macy's employee who packed this order.
