Loving the Moisture Surge

As I get older, my face looks tired -- no other way to describe it. I started using Moisture Surge under my regular moisturizer. I can barely believe how fresh and hydrated my face appears. I skipped a day because I didn't go outside. My hydrated glowing face lasted 48 hours.

I don’t get the positive reviews, but perhaps my review is tainted because my goal was to be able to wear this under my foundation which I absolutely cannot do. It pills terribly under my Estée Lauder Hydra Rescue, no matter how long I wait to apply it, how much I use, or how much I blend it. Later in the day, I see peeling everywhere. For me, this just doesn’t wear well and I’m going back to Estée Lauder daywear. I could see this working okay as a nighttime moisturizer, maybe.

Not Hydrating but Actually Irritated

I purchased a Macy's gift set with multiple products and the first thing I tried was this mask. It states "soothing and deep hydration, all skin types." I don't find my skin feeling hydrated at all, I followed the directions, left it on for 20 minutes and nada. In fact, it was the opposite. I took the mask off, then I noticed I had little red spots on my cheeks etc and this morning my eyelids are red and irritated. No, I didn't put it directly on my eyelids but there must have been enough contact or residual serum because this was the only thing I used. I must be allergic to an extract or ingredient in the mask. Test it first because now I will have to deal with the aftermath of annoyed skin.
