Not Acqua Di Gio I remember

This is not the fragrance I remember, and I do not understand how that can be. It is not as pleasant a fragrance. Did something happen during storage and/or shipping? I don't like the fragrance I got, and even the cap on the bottle is flawed. -- My son noticed the difference, too, and he has been using Acqua Di Gio for over 20 years, on and off.

Never received item.contacted Macy's FIVE times, and was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business, every time. Never even received a confirmation email. So frustrating.
