Flowers arrived dead

I sent flowers as a gift to my mother, who is in her 80s. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, most of the flowers were already dead. I was extremely disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special gift. I have purchased flowers through Macy’s in the past and have always had a wonderful experience, which made this even more disappointing. I live more than 500 miles away from my mother, so I wasn't able to take a photo of the flowers myself, and my mother is not able to take and send photos. I understand the importance of documenting a problem, but in this situation that simply wasn't possible. When you send flowers to an elderly loved one from hundreds of miles away, you trust that they will arrive fresh and beautiful. Sadly, that was not the case with this order. Very disappointed with this experience.

Not like the picture , they were all white no color pink, blues etc. It was pretty if you order all white
