Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been waiting for my order since July 14, and all the tracking says is “Delayed.” No one has given me an estimated delivery date or any useful updates. The only things I’ve received are some samples that I don’t even need. This is really poor customer service, and I’m very disappointed with the way this has been handled.
