NEVER RECEIVED DOORDASH CANCELLED MY ORDER

Door Dash was supposed to deliver but dont know why a company such as Macys would use this service, I am a Platinum member and deserve quality service from all departments. Door Dash decided NOT to deliver and CANCELED MY ORDER. No knowledge to me, no contact to try to deliver. The tracking shows it is still to be delivereed as it was scanned at 12:24 am Sunday 05.24.2025 Again LIKE IT WOULD BE DELIVERED. Ip[on contact with Macys via chat, the order was cancelled and I was refunded. No prior knowledge as I was waiting for this as a birthday gift for my grandson. Such a disappointment! Poor customer service. WHY IS DOOR DASH ALLOWED TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND I AS A PLATINUM CUSTOMER CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT WAS PLACED? I would love acknowledgement from a superior on this. Chat was NO help. Got a textbook response off a card they are instructed to read. What good is placing an order of the delivery service which is questionable for Macys quality usage can CANCEL as they do not want to deliver?
