Smashed

The item was not packed properly and several ornaments were smashed. Had to be returned.

Order arrived broken

This is the second time I ordered Christopher Radko ornaments and they arrived broken.

Beautiful product horrible shipping

Absolutely love the ornaments, however shipping is horrible! First box came in shattered, macys replaced it, but the second box came in shattered too. What a waste of product!

Very Disappointed

Sad...that I have now ordered 2x, and Macy's does not know how to pack their product for secure and safe shipping. I realize that they do not have control of the package post pick up, but BOTH times the product was NOT pack appropriately. The first time they told me to throw out the broken product, and the second time they said to return it to the store. Make up your mind!
