Chemical Smell - no customer service to return.
This small bottle does NOT smell like the large bottle and has a very unhealthy chemical smell, it is unusable. I bought it on vacation, and I am over 1.5 hrs. to a Macy's store, called customer service, they could do nothing for me, no refund, no credit - I offered to send a photo of the item destroyed and in the trash, no avail.. Mail it in, no way to do that. Please hire people in the US who can speak English to help customers please, this is a nightmare. I'm stuck with this and won't be near a brick and mortar Macy's for several months.

I have used La vie est belle for many years but I cannot recommend it anymore. In my opinion, the last couple of times I thought it was a bad batch and I have the same experience with this purchase. The smell is a fleeting reek of alcohol and then nothing. It's a waste of money. I am exploring other brands,

Lancôme set in bad condition
I love this perfume, but I was disappointed with the way it came. I didn’t open it until today (after the return period expired ) because I still had perfume from a prior purchase. This is my everyday perfume. I opened it on 4-4-26. When I opened it, I was dissatisfied to find that the refill bottle was leaking or something. I will attach the pictures if I can I didn’t expect this from Macy’s. Really disappointed !
