Never received

Wrong item was sent to me!!!! First I’ve ordered kids Polo Ralph Louren bear pink backpack, waiting fot it around 1 month but never received. Contacted customer service they said that is out of stock and gave me refund. I decided to spend refund money for grey Polo Ralph Louren Bear T-shirt, received wrong item!!!
