I was very excited to receive the SM tote. Five months in and I'm highly disappointed in the lack of quality. First I noticed the threading on the straps coming apart, then the actual material on the straps began peeling. Now the zipper doesn't work anymore so I'm unable to close the tote. My items are exposed as opposed to having a working zipper to close the tote. I really wanted this to work out and now I am searching for a better quality purse. I don't recommend buying this tote. Save yourself the headache!

Box damaged and opened

I like the purse, smaller than I thought. Just wish purse straps were a little longer. Shipping was bad box came damaged and opened.

Nice large size. looks and feels premium. I'm pretty rough on a bag and haven't noticed any rips tears My new fave bag. I bought the black but I want more colors now.

Good at first but after just a week of wearing, the straps are shredding and my purse didn’t come with the pouch wallet.

Extremely upset

I order this item on a Sunday November 16. Item was suppose to be here by November 21. Then it was delayed to November 25. Tonight is November 25 and still no package. I order this for a bday dinner November 22, 2025. I’ve been delaying the woman her gift and this isn’t a good look. She may think I’m lying and procrastinating. Macy used USPS which is slower and less expensive than UPS/FEDEX pleas stop using that service. People packages are being delayed and usps doesn’t deliver after 5pm here.
