If you love yourself and having a good night sleep, do yourself a favor and get this! It is extremely soft, breathable, adjusts to your body once laying down and you’ll wake up well rested. It also is cooling to the touch.

used a Tempur-Pedic pillow

I am extraordinarily frustrated and honestly in complete disbelief. I was so excited to receive this Tempur-Pedic pillow from Macy’s today. I’ve been dealing with ongoing neck and shoulder pain and truly thought this pillow was going to be exactly what I needed. The package even arrived early, which made me more excited. But when I got home and opened it, I was shocked. The box had clearly already been opened, and there was someone else’s hair inside. The pillow itself was dirty and absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe Macy’s would send a used pillow to a customer. I am beyond disappointed. This is unsanitary and completely unacceptable. I received it today and will be returning it immediately. Sadly, this is the second time in the past couple of years that I’ve received used merchandise from Macy’s and had to return it the same day. Macy’s needs to do a much better job inspecting returned items before sending them back out to customers. This experience has completely shaken me.
