Broken bowl

Arrived broken in 3 pieces! Not properly packed for shipping. Customer service did not understand & gave me a refund instead of sending an another bowl like I asked.

Items arrived broken due to poor packing

I ordered two of these and both arrived broken because they were shipped in the original box without added bubble wrap or protection of any kind. And now they are out of stock so I cannot get replacements.
