Perfect black dress

Beautiful dress. Found one in a local Macys but it was damaged. I ordered it online and was surprised to see the price was discounted. As a side note…. An employee asked if I needed help. I told what occasion the dress was for. I also asked her if found a dress I liked but wasn’t my size would she be able to check availability at another store. She replied that she could do that. I found this dress damaged. I caught her attention and asked if she could check availability elsewhere. Her reply was “ I think it’s on clearance “ and walked away. 2 minutes online and I was able to find the dress and order it. What has happened to Macy’s customer service??

Great dress but too long for me.

Very well-fitting and comfy dress. Bonus is that the sleeves are not too puffy. However it is just a bit too long for me (5’4”). A petite would be perfect.
