Opened box

I opened my package but the box in which the perfume is in was given to me damaged as if someone opened it on both sides of the box. I haven’t even opened it and I wanna know why?

The WOW factor of a Lipstick charm

On Thursday May 6, 2026, I was shopping for a summer lipstick color, and came across the stylish case display with a charm to add to my lipstick tube. I met a very knowledgeable Caroline Herrera counter salesperson name Adi. She greeted me with a smile, shared with me how I can get the stylish charm. I told her I was a fan of the Good girl perfume line, that has a blue heel. Then Adi sprayed Good Girl Sexy perfume on a perfume card. I thought about the scent so I came back on Saturday. I told my friend about the two scents. I friend purchased the Good Girl scent give set. I came to Macy's to take in the flower show, but gain a professional relationship with Adi for future beauty purchases.

Where is the liquid?

I haven’t even used it yet. There isn’t much liquid in the container when you shake it you should feel something. I shake it and I feel nothing. Very disappointed and upset.
