Slightly smaller than expected

If I were writing the description for this purse I’d describe it as a handbag with a small shoulder strap. IF this were the description, I would rate it 5 stars; but giving it 4 because I was expecting a medium sized shoulder bag with a matching strap the purchase was not as expected despite still being nice looking. It’s a well made, compact and useful small shoulder purse. My regular full sized wallets do not fit but there are quality pockets including spaces for cards inside the purse. Its design is well thought out and useful for compact, convenient storage of just the essentials. It’s super soft on the outside while the interior and the closure is both very sleek and sturdy. It’s stylish and classic. A small sized purse I didn’t even know I needed but do plan on keeping!

wrong item delivered

this is the second time my delivery is messed up in a week. 2 days ago I was delivered the wrong quantity of items, this time I got some other product delivered. poor customer experience. I have to go and return this and buy again.. What is going on..
