Not good

I purchased this set for my 9 year old little girl. She opened them up and put them on almost immediately. initially she loved the fit and comfort. We washed them per the tag instructions one time. Now the pants are useless. They are literally coming apart at the seams and are not wearable. I would go so far as to call these PJs a complete waste of money. Macys should be ashamed to stock such garbage. It may be time to reconsider shopping here in general. I've always considered Macy's a store that I could trust...

Customer service

Customer service was excellent! I wish I could remember his name but the young man that helped me open a credit card at that location was kind and patient. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations as a customer. Thank you to him and the woman who assisted us when the computers had a bit of an issue at first. Everything worked out and I walked out of there a very happy customer!
