I would choose a different tree in the future
This is a personal decision, but while this tree is nice and sturdy, I don't feel its branches are realistic, and it's actually hard to fit the decorations on. Also, and this is the biggest reason, it's strange how some of the branches are recessed all the way down the tree, so that some of the decorations are hidden. Maybe thats how the tree is in real life, but it makes it less attractive to decorate.

Beautiful and Lush!
I can't say enough about how many needles and branches are on this tree. It is very dense. The lighting is also Dry generous. I have the 9ft with clear and color lights.

Great Product and Website Resources
The website tree descriptions are very detailed and help customers choose the right product. The packaging was protective and secure. The website had great videos regarding properly shaping the tree, etc. Although it takes a significant time commitment to do the first shaping/fluffing of the tree, it's worth the time. We were really please with the final product and put the final touches on our tree in early December!

Love it more this year!
Last year was my first time assembling myself and fluffing the tree. I found it much easier this year. I preserved the sample box and did probably 20 hours of research before picking this tree. I love it. I love it even more this year. I am not huge on holidays but this tree brings me so much joy. I love to sit and look at it! The branches are full after fluffing. Yes it takes some work but then it looks so much nicer than anything I would get somewhere else. The candlelight LED's are beautiful! I just love it!

I would avoid this product/tree
Unfortunately, this tree would not light. Had to return for refund. Will try another company. Unboxing and setup was pretty disappointing for kids.

I would not buy this product again.
I should have returned the tree last November when I bought but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the huge box as I do not live anywhere near a Fed Ex or UPS. This tree in no way shape or form looks anything like the pictures online. You can see so many bare spots in the tree, even after hours of fluffing. Even though I got the narrow, the bottom branches flare the, leading to an odd shape. The lighting on the entire tree is inconsistent. The tree stand is too wide for more tree collars (the width of the tree stand is not listed anywhere online for the 7.5 but it is 26"). The tree in the stand is also wobbly, and leans slightly to one side. I just took this tree out again today and am so upset about these issues. would never spend as much money as I did on a tree in my life again. I have attached a picture of my undecorated tree for reference. The only pro is that the click connect makes it easy to assemble the lighting.

Love my tree!
I love the height and realism of this tree. It's exactly what I wanted. I watched it for over a year before buying. I love that it came in a narrow option to fit my front window. With proper fluffing we can't see the trunk through the branches. Would recommend! Note: I did buy two thicker cushioned tree storage bags to keep it safe between uses.
