Love the product, not the delivery

It was delivered with the center piece broken and all the powder spilling out of it. Love Chanel makeup, just wish Macy’s was more careful with the state of the product they’re shipping out.

Did not receive my powder

The shipment only included Estee Lauder samples.My Chanel powder was not in the shipping box although the website states that the item was delivered.I am dissappointed.
