It says in the description set of 3 but when I opened the box, there is only 1 mug.

Missing 2 mugs

The representative misunderstood. I am not returning mugs. I am missing 2 of the missing Macy mugs.

False Advertising

Cute but unfortunately received only 1 mug — not set of 3 as advertised. Contacted customer service and was told they were “low in stock” and could not resend the correct items. Now have to go through return process. Really disappointed.

They only sent one

It says a set of three, but it only included one. It is okay value but looks kind of cheap. I would have given it no stars but did not think it would go through.
