Shattered upon delivery twice

I’m not certain why there is no quality control occurring, but I order 3 mugs, 1 came shattered. Asked for 1 replacement, got an email for 3 returns and 3 replacements, and when the 3 replacements came they were all shattered. Don’t put fragile items in bags. They should be in boxes. I’ve spent over an hour with Macys chat and phone support and I was told they were out of stock and would get a refund. Disappointing. It shouldn’t take 40 min to handle such a request. The actual mugs are beautiful, and remind me of my grandmother whose favorite store was Marshall Fields. I would recommend buying in store because shipping will result you with shattered items.

Don’t bother

States set of 3. I have the screenshot. Placed order for 2 sets of 3. Received 2 mugs. Was told they couldn’t send the remaining 4 as they’re no longer available.
