Definitely gave my joints much needed TLC

I grew up a gymnast, runner and weight training enthusiast. My knees have been there and done that! I purchased this product in 2023 but only used it now and then. I stopped using it in 2024, because I didn't feel much difference. BUT.... I put my heart into it in December 2025 after reading many different books by many different physical therapists, nutritionists, athletic trainers, pain management specialist, etc., who highly recommended undenatured Type II collagen. So, with daily dedication I am finally feeling great benefits from it. I am not afraid of my stairs or kneeling to care for my Chihuahua or weed the garden. Nothing is going to make my joints 15 years old again, but this is a great product to help you feel comfortably mobile again. Please give it time, you've spent how many years coming to this point of pain and daily suffering? As with all changes, our body needs time and supplement support to correct it's faults.
