Be careful.

Be careful. The online description said it could be hand-washed but the tag on the sweater said it needed to be dry cleaned.

Can Macy's ship competently?

Can't give a good review on a product that I have not gotten. I have ordered two items online. One was three days late with expedited shipping and this one was due here a week ago and who knows when it will get here.
