Melted lip liner

The lip liner was melted, but the gloss was nice. Naturally I would ask for a refund, but I am sure it is too late.

Not as user friendly as the original liners.

The pencil tip is so sharp it's difficult to use. The liner isn't as nice as her other liners which I love.
