Unit is much bulkier and heavier than I anticipated. Not great for fine hair. Got it as a gift - would not have bought this myself.

Love it but not the straightener

I’ve had this for about 6 months. I have short hair just above my shoulders so it a bit harder to style with things like curls. The straightener doesn’t really work at all with short hair it doesn’t clamp hard enough or high enough to do the job which is disappointing because it was an expensive add on. I’m hoping I see value when I eventually let my hair grow long.

Don’t do it

I don’t like it. It’s not as easy as they let on. If you can’t style your hair now this is not going to change your life like I thought it would. I don’t find the app useful. I have never regretted a purchase more.

Difficulty with styling

Purchased a few weeks ago and have used it numerous times. Having extreme difficulty getting a decent blow out with curls. Am using appropriate products and hair is still frizzy at the ends; no shine. Am pleased with how quickly the hair does dry. However, the styling is a challenge.

I love this product

I got this for Christmas and it was awesome. There was great airflow and the tools left my hair feeling soft and with no heat damage. The overall style looked beautiful and looked polished and a finished design
