Missing Caribbean

I truly miss caribbean now that it’s discontinued and honestly the other colors didn’t fit into my collection. I was going to settle for white, but along came Riviera! She’s perfect —it gives my collection a little pop. Very happy I didn't settle!

A Beautiful Necessary Cookware Addition

I gave this as a gift and it was a big hit! We used it to make the braised halibut recipe on the Le Crueset website and this amply demonstrated the value of having a covered dish that evenly heats and cooks in the oven. And it is simply beautiful -- you will want to present it at the table.

COOK IT RIGHT!

A good meal of fish is great. However, fish thats too dry (overcooked) or too raw (sushi) is not on my list of "must have's". So far, this unit has not done neither. We're completely satisfied!!!
