Runs very big

This a very nice jacket, it's heavy. Sizeing is way off it runs very big, I order a large my regular size and it looks so big I cannot wear it. Its a final sale and l cannot exchange for a medium. I am a Macy's customer for over 20 years I am so upset. Size down
