DISAPPOINTED !!!

When ordering in 12/12 it stated delivery by 12/17 It’s a CHRISTMAS GIFT. Now I’m informed by UPS delivery 12/26!!!!! Tried to track with UPS which was a disaster. After attempts online and 3 call backs from customer service I was told it was MY fault for checking too many times and they could not expedite shipping. I will NEVER trust macys website for reliability And forget the incompetence of UPS customer service

Love it. Totally pink, fluffy and soft

I have been looking at many stiff-looking pullover sweats at substantial discounts by name brands. This full-zip breaks the mold and makes exercising, shopping, going to the movies... in winter fun again. The snuggles are worth every dollar paid even at twice the price of all others.

Super soft

This is a super soft sweatshirt jacket. I like the fit, not short like what's trending now and not oversized. I am 5'5" this goes maybe an inch past my waist band on my midrise jeans. Going to get buy another one!!
