Irregular Sleeve Length and Width

Have been buying Club Room Men's Pinpoint Button Front Solid Dress Shirt for my husband for 37 years with sleeve length at 32/33。 Totally shocked when opened the package。 The sleeves are super wide and super short, not up to its normal standard。 Although it said that the item is a last act, not returnable。 Will bring it to customer services representatives' attention that an irregular shirt should be marked as such. Would not have purchase this shirt if it was marked " irregular".

Big Disappointment

When I bought this Club Room Dress Shirt I tried it on and it fit fine. Then when I washed it before I wore it, there was a lot of shrinkage. The sleeves came up above my wrists and it fit tighter all over. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. And it was wrinkled. The wrinkles did not come out in the dryer.
