Perfume quality is very low - scent disappears!

The quality of Estee Lauders Pleasures perfume has gone down drastically. The perfume was a total dud! The scent disappears in just about 4 or 5 minutes. Something is very wrong! In addition, I had specially asked for a gift message to be delivered. The gift message was missing. Absolutely NOT worth the money.

Just a bit disappointed

The product is fine as always. The Macys app and order process was fine as always. For the last 10 years or more I have bought Holiday gifts and my wife birthday gifts from Macys. I was disturbed to see the message that Citi card agency was lowering my credit ceiling. This card has always been paid off within 4-6 months to zero balance. Macys needs to take a better look at this action. Glenn
